We are currently working with our partner, LVMH, through their innovation lab to develop a specialized case study for the retail industry. One of our primary goals is to integrate the SPooN avatar as a robot agent at Le Bon Marché.
This interactive character, integrated into a robotic structure, serves not only as a mascot but also as a platform to streamline the shopping experience. By showcasing information through the screen, SPooNy's mission is to provide valuable information to customers and ultimately facilitate the purchasing process.

One of the case studies that we have been collaborating on with MH Lab is the product recommendation feature. We understand that customers may face difficulty in choosing the right wine for a dinner party. Therefore, by simply asking SPooNy for advice, the customer can provide information on the dish they are preparing, and SPooNy will then consult the database to provide the best wine pairing suggestion. This feature aims to revolutionize the customer experience, making it more efficient and enjoyable.

Our technology has proven to be highly engaging, as evidenced by the fact that on average, 95% of consumers who interact with SPooNy go through the full experience, and 50% of those customers end up grabbing the suggested product.
