BNP Paribas has decided to remedy this problem by adding SPooN's technologies to select bank agencies via an interactive screen.  This interactive character named ‘Telmi’ is stationed at the front desk to assist customers  through various "low-value added banking tasks" and collect customer feedback, allowing banks to gather insights on areas for improvement in their digital banking platforms or physical branch experiences.
